ANA SERRATOS, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) and bicultural
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I obtained my master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. I have clinical experience working in outpatient and inpatient mental health treatment centers. I started my career working in an integrated interdisciplinary outpatient clinic where I gained invaluable experience in working with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum depression and relationship difficulties. Upon moving to Tyler, I worked in the behavioral health inpatient psychiatric unit. I expanded my clinical skills in working with clients facing suicidal ideation, loneliness, grief, substance abuse, infidelity, sexual identity, career planning and parental issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I bring a unique set of skills to this group private practice.
In working with clients, I develop an individualized and personalized treatment plan tailored to each client. My goal as your therapist is to grant you the opportunity to connect with your inner self: To identify "that" which no longer serves you and to explore and identify your needs in order to give your life the meaning that you want for it to have. As your therapist, I aim to be a gentle companion in your journey of self-discovery and growth.
SARAH TUNNELL, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor - (LPC)
Life can be difficult—full of struggles, challenges, changes, and the unexpected. We keep these events in our minds, whether at the front to consciously influence all of our decisions, or packed away in a box in a corner, to be dealt with ‘in the future’. When your box begins to overflow or you realize that it is time to open it, I’m here to help you unpack, sort, and re-pack the box. My goal is to help you regain control of the box, so that the box no longer controls you.

I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, focusing primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporating Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Art Therapy. I counsel adults and children who experience symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD, as well as those who report suicidal ideation and self-harm.
SELINA DAY, LPC ASSOCIATE
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Supervised by Jenifer Martin, LPC-S
Are you feeling stuck or unsure about where you are going in life? Do you often think you are not good enough? Do you try to open up to friends and family, but they just aren’t understanding you how you would like them to? I would love to help!

I use an integrated approach in sessions rooted mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered therapy. I come baring a perspective that you deserve happiness, laughter, and to be loved and respected. I find strength in helping to guide you into that space of empowerment in hopes that you are able to let it follow with you outside of the counseling space. I utilize your short- and long-term goals as a basis towards treatment planning and working on what you would like to get out of counseling.
ESTHER BROWN, LPC ASSOCIATE

Do you feel lost, alone or stuck? If you’re reading this, you might be experiencing things in your life that are weighing you down. Maybe you have lost someone you love and just facing tomorrow seems impossible. Maybe you have been hurt in the past and you can’t get over the pain. The beauty of counseling is that it gives you a safe place to feel and express all the things that are easier left unspoken.
I am passionate about meeting clients where they are, and commit to being fully present with you as you take the brave steps towards changing your life for the better. I have a special interest in helping individuals who are grieving and women who are dealing with unexpected life circumstances such as infertility, divorce, or medical trauma.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence based therapeutic methods from my professional counseling training as well as my life experiences from over 10 years of working with families. I strive to provide compassionate care in a nonjudgmental way in order to empower you to achieve your goals. Call or text today to schedule an appointment.
